The reason this book is at the number one spot is because I like things to be broken down into small sections of time, which this book focuses on. We are all busy, but everyone can spare 5 minutes to follow the tips in this book to learn to live for today. Something I like to say is that small changes can make a big difference, and this book follows that ethos.

This book has sold over a million copies for a reason – these guys know what they’re talking about. This is a comprehensive book about mindfulness and how it can change your life. It also includes some guided meditations.
Mindfulness: A practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world
Pick 3
This book is written by one of the most respected people in what I would call the ‘mindfulness community’. Sadly Thich Nhat Hanh passed away in early 2022 but he has left behind a legacy. Many of the mindfulness quotes you may see across the internet and in books will be from this man.

This is one of the first mindfulness books that I bought and is full of lots of mindfulness tips to improve your everyday life.

This book is relatively new at the time of publishing this post, but I felt it was worth a feature because I feel it is broken down nicely for beginners to mindfulness. This book also includes some guided meditations.
